Coming Soon: Little Rock Senior Center
6401 West 12th Street
Little Rock, AR 72204
(501) 661-1700
Little Rock Parks and Recreation is currently re-developing the Centre at University Park to create the all new Little Rock Senior Center, expanding beyond the existing programs housed in community centers. This brand-new facility will offer dedicated space for seniors aged 55 and up, including outdoor pickleball courts, an indoor therapy pool, social and crafts areas, and a multipurpose space for fitness classes, board games, and social events. The program is modeled on existing senior offerings, which include arts & crafts, exercise, nutrition workshops, and social hours, all currently enjoyed by participants across four community centers. Once complete, this center will centralize these activities, providing a welcoming, accessible hub designed specifically for older adults to gather, learn, and stay active year-round.
