Schedule of classes to be held at the “Bill and Margaret Clark Third Floor Multi-Purpose Facility” for January 2006. 
Chef Peter Brave will be hosting the Saturday, January 7, 2006 cooking demonstration at the Little Rock River Market’s Third Floor Facility. The class is $10.00 and will be from 9am-11am. 
Participants will watch as Chef Brave prepares delicious menu items and answers participant’s questions. There will also be a sampling of the prepared food after the demonstration.
