LITTLE ROCK – The City of Little Rock will host the first of two 2025 Career Climb job fairs on Saturday, April 26, at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds Hall of Industry.

Little Rock Career Climb is Mayor Frank Scott, Jr.'s new workforce development program to assist Little Rock residents who are seeking to level up their job skills and find long-term employment. The initiative includes career coaching, online skill-building tools and access to local job leads.

Many employers at Saturday's job fair will be ready to interview and make job offers to applicants that day.

Career Climb is a community-supported model that leverages the strength of Little Rock businesses so that they have a direct role in developing future talent. Career Climb helps cultivate and coordinate a diverse range of career opportunities, internships and apprenticeships, while strengthening the economy by aligning educational growth with real-world business needs.

Career Climb participants have access to a free, online career planning platform through LevelAll.com and they will be matched with a workforce development coach through Junior Achievement Coaching who will help participants navigate the job process.

Saturday's job fair is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fairgrounds' Hall of Industry, 2600 Howard Street.

Another job fair is set for June 5.
