The Mayor tasks the Office of Engagement & Opportunity with hosting foreign consulate visits.

When visiting Little Rock, consulates provide mobile services to citizens of their respective countries, which may include the issuance of passports, birth registration, and other documents. The OEO and/or consulate coordinates appointments so community members can receive services with little wait time.

The OEO relies on volunteers for assistance with greeting residents, making copies, and moving light furniture. If you would like to volunteer for a consulate event, you may register through the OEO. The OEO also welcomes community organizations to share information regarding available services with mobile consulate attendees.
