The Department of Community Programs provides quality programming that utilizes citizen involvement, evidence-based practices, and standardized processes with the goal of increasing positive outcomes and the quality of life for the children, youth, and families of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Yes. Community Programs provides direct services through school-based intervention, street outreach, re-entry and career and workforce development. We also contract with local community non-profit entities such as community-based organizations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, etc. to provide services to Little Rock residents. At the request of local residents and organizations we can also provide opportunities for training and technical assistance to assist programs and projects with achieving success.
