The mission of the Department of Community Programs is to deliver high-quality programs and services to the community that increase positive outcomes and enhance the overall quality of life for the children, youth, and families of Little Rock. 

This mission is achieved through the use of evidence-based practices, standardized processes, and active resident engagement.
