Americans with Disabilities Act Citizen’s Grievance Committee

Ordinance No. 17,283, passed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors on October 1, 1995, created this Committee. The Committee hears citizen complaints alleging discrimination, by reason of disability, in programs or activities sponsored by the City. This Committee is composed of five (5) members, including two (2) individuals with disabilities, two (2) service providers with knowledge of technology affecting the disabled, and one (1) architect.

The Americans with Disabilities Act Citizen's Grievance Committee meets on the Fourth Wednesday of each month (as needed), at 4:00 PM at The Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street, Little Rock, AR
